Over 150 mm of rain has fallen since last night, and an additional 50-75 mm is expected throughout the day. Key arterial roads, including sections of Bedford Highway and Sackville Drive, are closed due to high water levels. Emergency services are advising residents to shelter in place unless an evacuation order is issued for their specific area.
